Job Title: Driver Recruitment (Scout) Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven recruiting/Scout Leader to lead driver acquisition efforts for our operations with Yango.

The Scout Leader will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of scouts (field agents) who identify and onboard new drivers. This role involves both fieldwork and coordination — ensuring scouts are active, productive, and meeting daily and weekly targets.

Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, monitoring scout performance, supporting onboarding efforts, and ensuring that recruited drivers become active on the platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This role is critical to the growth of the business and requires someone who can take ownership and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of driver scouts (field agents)
Identify and develop new driver acquisition channels
Set daily and weekly targets for scouts and monitor performance
Ensure recruited drivers complete onboarding and become active
Provide field support and solve issues faced by scouts and drivers
Track and report recruitment and activation performance
