Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing them into long-term partnerships. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and outreach to conducting demonstrations and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives on hitting targets and providing consultative solutions that solve client pain points.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospects.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with prospects and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiation & Closing: Structure proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback in our CRM .

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position our offerings effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.

Persistence: Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling rejection in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

Maintaining a healthy, active pipeline of qualified prospects.

Providing accurate sales forecasts and timely reports to leadership.

High customer satisfaction and retention rates.
