Position: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, quality service, and compliance with company policies. The role involves coordinating departments, managing resources, and improving operational processes to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
Coordinate activities between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage staff schedules, productivity, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility requirements.
Prepare operational reports and present findings to management.
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
