Customer Service Receptionist – AZ MedStaff

AZ MedStaff is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Customer Service Receptionist to join our growing healthcare staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk operations, assisting clients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring smooth communication within the company.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients, nurses, and visitors professionally
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain records, files, and office documents
Support recruitment and administrative tasks
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Follow up with clients and healthcare staff when needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service abilities
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong English speaking and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications
