We are seeking a full-time IT Officer to support ERP system implementation and ensure smooth daily operation within our manufacturing plant in Sebeta.

Living around Jemo, Alemgena, Furi, Garment, Lebu or around these areas is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the ERP development team to report and follow up on bugs and system tickets
Provide user support to employees
Train new employees on ERP system usage
Assist in maintaining smooth system functionality

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Familiar with IT systems and basic troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
