Sky Medical Supplies is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy problem solver to support our growing remote team. In this role, you will help ensure our digital systems run efficiently, securely, and without interruption. You will support CMS troubleshooting, version control, Linux system maintenance, CI/CD workflows, and deployment processes that keep our team productive and connected.

You will also help design, test, deploy, and improve MLOps solutions using available infrastructure. These solutions should align with business objectives, reduce production time, improve ROI, support better decision-making, and help the company meet or exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress
Maintain and support Linux-based systems
Work with Git, GitLab, or similar version control tools
Create, test, deploy, and improve CI/CD pipelines
Support DevOps and MLOps workflows for web operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical efficiency
Help design automation and data-driven tools that support business goals
Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and security

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, especially Drupal or WordPress
Familiarity with Linux systems administration
Experience with Git, GitLab, or similar tools
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Interest or experience in MLOps, automation, and data-driven operations
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Stable internet connection and personal computer for remote work

Preferred Skills

Drupal development or site maintenance
WordPress administration
Docker, containers, or cloud hosting experience
Basic scripting with Bash, Python, or similar languages
Experience with monitoring, backups, and deployment automation
Familiarity with AI/ML tools or workflow automation
