Job Summary

This role is for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of B2B sales. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, support day-to-day operations, handle customer interactions, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager in daily sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
Conduct basic market research to identify potential B2B clients and help develop strategies to grow the customer base.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
Help manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and timely communication.
Monitor and organize sales data; assist in analyzing trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing periodic reports, and coordinating sales-related tasks.
Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick responses and a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

BA Degree in a business-related field.
Fresh graduate (no experience required — training will be provided).
Lives around 22 Mazoria or nearby areas (preferred due to commute and field work).
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication, Google workspace).
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers.
