We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the digital marketing efforts of our group companies, including Fassilo, Sinopia, and World Trade Center Addis.

The role involves managing a shared digital marketing team, developing marketing plans, overseeing social media and paid campaigns, improving online presence, generating qualified leads, and ensuring strong brand visibility across all companies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple companies.
Manage social media, paid ads, content planning, websites, and online campaigns.
Lead and coordinate designers, content creators, video editors, and digital marketing staff.
Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve lead quality.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure consistent branding and professional communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience.
Experience in team leadership or campaign management.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, content planning, and performance reporting.
Ability to manage multiple brands or business units.
Good communication, planning, and follow-up skills.
