Melostic Trading PLC is looking for a fast, active, and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Fire-Rated Door Project.

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in construction-related sales, especially someone who can actively approach, follow up, and build relationships with key clients in the construction industry.

Main Target Clients

The selected candidate will be expected to approach and work with:

Construction companies, real estate developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, project managers, apartment and commercial building owners, hotels, hospitals, schools, malls, factories, warehouses, office buildings, and government and private construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Search for active and upcoming construction projects.
Visit construction sites, company offices, consultants, developers, and project owners regularly.
Introduce and promote Melostic Trading’s fire-rated door solutions.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Follow up quickly on leads, quotations, and client requests.
Collect and report market information, project opportunities, and client feedback.
Work actively to close sales and achieve project targets.

Requirements

Experience in construction-related sales is required.
Good understanding of construction materials, doors, finishing materials, or building safety products is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Must be energetic, active, confident, and result-oriented.
Existing network in the construction industry is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently, find opportunities, and deliver results.

Salary & Commission

Salary is negotiable based on experience and capability.
Attractive commission will be provided based on closed sales and project performance.
