Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Solace Entertainment is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, event logistics, and company finances. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and experienced in managing both people and processes within a creative or event-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operational aspects of events and company projects

Manage budgets, financial planning, and expense tracking across departments

Handle vendor payments, contracts, and financial documentation

Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and cash flow management

Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and accountability

Supervise logistics, staffing, and cross-department coordination for smooth event execution

Prepare operational and financial reports for management

Support strategic planning and decision-making through data and financial insights

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in operations, finance, or project management (experience in entertainment or creative industries is a plus)

Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability
