Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website, SEO/SEM).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
Align digital marketing activities with overall business and marketing objectives.

2. Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Content Creation

Develop high-quality content including posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant and engaging content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

4. Website & SEO Management

Maintain and update the company website.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.

5. Paid Advertising

Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
Track ROI and adjust campaigns for better performance.
Manage budgets effectively.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights.
Provide recommendations for improvement.

7. Email Marketing

Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
Maintain and segment email databases.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
