Aurora Coworking Space is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate-Level Accountant for a short-term project assignment. We are seeking someone who can help strengthen our financial organization, conduct a financial audit, and support the integration of our financial records into our online booking and management system.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a fast-paced and growing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough review and audit of financial records and transactions

Organize and reconcile company financial documents

Assist in transferring and integrating financial data into the company’s online booking/accounting system

Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and properly documented

Identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements for better financial management

Prepare financial summaries and reports when required

Work closely with management to improve workflow efficiency and financial tracking systems

Requirements & Qualifications:

Intermediate-level experience in accounting, finance, or auditing

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting

Experience using accounting software, spreadsheets, and digital systems

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and complete the project within the given timeline

Previous experience working with system organization or financial data migration is an advantage
