we are beauty product sales company looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing stock, and maintaining accurate records of all store items. This role plays a key part in ensuring proper stock control, smooth daily operations, and the timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Control: Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming products, matching them accurately against delivery notes and orders.
• Stock Issuance: Properly authorize and document the issuance of materials or products to internal teams or branches, ensuring no stock leaves without proper paperwork.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up to date, precise digital and physical logs of all stock movements to ensure zero data discrepancies.
• Store Organization: Keep the storeroom clean, safe, well organized, and optimized for easy stock retrieval.
• Stock Audits: Participate in regular physical inventory counts (stock taking) and assist in reconciling physical counts with system records.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:- Grade 10th / Grade 12th Completed.
Experience:- Prior work experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory environment is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:- basic computer skills, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft word for tracking stock data.
Core Competencies:- High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Physical Capability:- Ability to handle the physical demands of counting, moving, and organizing stock in the warehouse
